  • 4 medium sweet potatoes

Instructions

  3. Poke holes in sweet potatoes and microwave on a plate for 8-10 minutes until soft. Slice open lengthwise.
  4. Fluff the insides of the sweet potatoes, spoon beef mixture on top, and add your choice of toppings.
