  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts (chopped)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
