  • 1 large egg
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley and green onions (to taste)
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain the canned salmon and place it in a large mixing bowl. Remove any large bones and mash with a fork.
  2. Add the beaten egg, mustard powder, lemon juice, chopped parsley, green onions, salt, and pepper to the salmon. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into four patties about one inch thick.
  4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook each patty for about 4-5 minutes per side or until golden brown and crispy.
