  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter (for greasing the casserole dish)
  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 cups beef rind crumbs
  • 1 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine cream cheese, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk over medium heat until smooth.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Grease a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish and spread the cooked chicken evenly on the bottom.
  4. Pour the cream sauce over the chicken and layer with Swiss cheese slices.
  5. Mix beef rind crumbs with melted butter and parmesan, then sprinkle on top of the casserole.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
