  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 8 Cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger (minced)
  • ½ Cup Soy Sauce (low-sodium)
  • ¼ Cup Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 Cup Beef Broth
  • ½ Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar Swerve
  • 3 Tsp Cornstarch
  • ⅓ Cup Green Onions (diced)
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chop cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown ground beef for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  6. Create a cornstarch slurry by mixing cornstarch with beef broth.
