  • 2 medium chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 56 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly-grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta al dente in salted water according to package directions. Add broccoli during the last minute of cooking. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season and cook chicken for about 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove from pan and slice.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced onion until softened, then add garlic and cook briefly.
  4. Whisk in flour followed by chicken stock and milk gradually until smooth. Stir in cream cheese and Parmesan until combined.
  5. Add cooked pasta and broccoli to the sauce, mixing well before topping with sliced chicken.
