- 1 ½ pounds Brussels sprouts (shredded)
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons turkey bacon grease
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Optional: Drizzle of balsamic reduction
- Clean the Brussels sprouts by removing any damaged leaves and cutting off the ends. Shred them using a food processor or knife.
- Heat butter and turkey bacon grease in a large skillet over medium heat until melted.
- Add shredded Brussels sprouts, garlic salt, and red pepper flakes. Toss well to coat.
- Sauté for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until they start to brown slightly.
- Remove from heat and stir in grated parmesan cheese until well combined. Drizzle with balsamic reduction if desired.
