  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 14 oz pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Italian cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Form into meatballs.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan and sear meatballs until browned on all sides.
  4. In the same pan, add tomato paste and pizza sauce; stir in Italian cheese blend.
  5. Return meatballs to the sauce mixture and cover with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
