  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by washing the broccoli and cutting it into bite-sized florets.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef, and cook for about 5–7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the broccoli, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for another 5–7 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.
  4. Lower the heat and stir in heavy cream and half of the cheddar cheese until creamy. Top with remaining cheese and cover for 2–3 minutes until melted.
