  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar recommended)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 12 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180C/350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine almond flour, shredded cheese, and salt. Blend until the mixture forms a dough; add water if needed.
  3. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to about 1/4 inch thick. Cut into squares using a pizza cutter.
  4. Transfer the squares to the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 12 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  5. Let cool completely before serving.
