  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cucumber (sliced)
  • 1 cup edamame (cooked)
  • 1/2 cup sriracha mayo

Instructions

  1. Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce or tamari, honey, sriracha, minced garlic, and water.
  3. Marinate the salmon cubes in the mixture for 20 minutes to 1 hour.
