  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 pound shredded brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • Juice of half a lime
  • Low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until cooked through. Stir in green onions and season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and sriracha. Remove from skillet.
  2. Add avocado oil to the same skillet and sauté the shredded brussels sprouts until soft and caramelized.
  3. Return the ground beef to the skillet with the brussels sprouts. Pour in the sweet chili sauce and lime juice; mix well until coated.
  4. Serve hot over rice or enjoy as is.
