  • 42g unsalted butter (cubed)
  • 5g fresh thyme (chopped)

  2. Add cauliflower florets, reduce heat to low, cover the pot, and steam for about 20 minutes until fork-tender.
  3. Using a slotted spoon, transfer cooked cauliflower to a food processor.
  4. In the same pot, whisk cubed butter into approximately 3 tablespoons of hot broth until smooth.
  5. Pour the butter mixture into the food processor along with chopped thyme and black pepper. Adjust salt to taste.
