  • 1 1/3 cups Bisquick Gluten Free mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese (or dairy-free cheese)
  • Gluten-free pizza sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  3. Add Bisquick mix, water, and olive oil; mix until combined.
  4. Grease a muffin pan and fill each tin about 3/4 full with batter.
  5. Layer shredded cheese on top of the batter, then spoon pizza sauce over it.
  6. Add more cheese and your favorite toppings if desired.
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
