  • 1 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (divided)
  • 3/4 cup oil (such as avocado or refined coconut)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk (dairy or non-dairy, room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons gluten free all-purpose baking flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1 cup of chocolate chips in intervals until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, milk, and oil until combined. Stir in melted chocolate until smooth.
  4. Add the gluten free flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder to the wet mixture and mix until just combined. Gently fold in the remaining chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into an 8×8 baking dish lined with parchment paper and spread evenly.
