  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon table salt

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix almond flour, oregano, garlic powder, baking powder, and salt. Add mozzarella and cream cheese; microwave for 1.5 minutes until melted.
  3. Stir until smooth, then mix in the egg until fully combined.
  4. Divide dough into eight pieces; roll each into a log and twist into knots.
  5. Place on the baking sheet; lightly brush with oil and bake for about 15 minutes until golden.
  6. Broil briefly after brushing with melted garlic butter mixed with parmesan.
