  • 1¾ cups pre-shredded mozzarella
  • ¾ cup almond meal/flour
  • 2 tbsp natural unsweetened yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 191°C (375°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella, almond flour, and yogurt. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds until melted.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the egg and baking powder. Fold into the cheese mixture using a silicone spatula until fully combined.
  4. Divide the dough into 10 equal portions; roll each into balls and flatten into ovals about 8mm thick. Place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden brown. Meanwhile, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley.
  6. Brush the garlic mixture over baked naan and return to the oven for an additional 1–2 minutes until golden.
