  • 1¾ cups pre-shredded mozzarella
  • ¾ cup almond meal/flour
  • 2 tbsp natural unsweetened yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 191°C/375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella, almond flour, and yogurt. Microwave for 1 minute; stir and microwave for another 30 seconds until fully melted.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the egg and baking powder. Fold into the cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. Divide the dough into 10 portions, rolling each into an oval shape about 8mm thick.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley; brush over baked naan and return to oven for an additional 1-2 minutes.
