  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

  2. Add cauliflower florets and sauté for 5–6 minutes until slightly golden.
  3. Incorporate sliced mushrooms and continue cooking for another 4–5 minutes until softened.
  4. Stir in minced garlic, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Drizzle lemon juice over the mixture and sprinkle Parmesan cheese if desired. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
