  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (fresh or dried)
  • 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional, for extra heat)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by coating it with chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Sear the chicken in vegetable oil over medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown. Let rest before slicing.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic; add heavy cream and stir until thickened.
  4. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  5. In another pot, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic; add chicken broth, soy sauce, and heavy cream to simmer for 5–7 minutes.
  6. Assemble by dividing noodles into bowls and pouring the broth over them; top with sliced chicken and creamy garlic sauce.
  7. Garnish with green onions and optional chili oil before serving.
