  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (plus more for topping)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Drain and rinse the chickpeas thoroughly. Spread them on a kitchen towel and pat dry.
  3. Transfer the dried chickpeas to the baking sheet in a single layer. Allow them to sit for 5-10 minutes.
