- 1–2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (plus more for topping)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas thoroughly. Spread them on a kitchen towel and pat dry.
- Transfer the dried chickpeas to the baking sheet in a single layer. Allow them to sit for 5-10 minutes.
