  • 1 bell pepper (diced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 4 tablespoons keto taco seasoning
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 eggs (medium)
  • 1½ cups shredded cheese
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 jalapeño (sliced, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the diced onion, bell pepper, minced garlic, and ground beef over high heat until the meat is browned. Break it into bite-sized pieces.
