  • 32 oz marinara sauce
  • ½ pound ground turkey (or beef)
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground turkey until fully cooked.
  2. Stir in the marinara sauce and mix well.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, combine ricotta and Parmesan cheeses until blended.
  4. Preheat your oven's broiler.
  5. Place four ramekins on a baking sheet and spoon a layer of meat sauce into each.
  6. Add about ½ cup of the ricotta mixture on top of the sauce in each ramekin.
  7. Layer with remaining meat sauce and top each with a slice of mozzarella cheese.
  8. Broil for about 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
