  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 7 oz vegan cream cheese
  • 4 cups macaroni
  • 2 Tbs vegan butter
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 batch Vegan Parmesan Cheese (3 ingredients, 1 min)

Instructions

  1. Melt vegan butter in a large casserole or pot over low heat.
  2. Stir in the vegan cheddar until melted, maintaining low heat to prevent burning.
  3. Add vegan cream cheese and mix until smooth, then gradually stir in almond milk and Vegan Parmesan cheese.
  4. Fold in precooked macaroni until well-coated in the sauce. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  5. Heat through for about 5 minutes and serve immediately.
