  • 4 cups cooked, cubed or shredded boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 5 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 lb frozen spinach, thawed and drained

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (191°C).
  2. If using fresh broccoli, blanch in boiling water for 1-2 minutes until bright green.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped turkey bacon, drained spinach or broccoli, minced garlic, ranch dressing, and half of the shredded cheeses. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch casserole dish.
  5. Top with the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
