  • 4 cups baby potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (halal-certified)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut baby potatoes into halves or quarters.
  3. Slice turkey sausage into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
  4. In a small bowl, combine ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  5. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil and half of the seasoning mix until well-coated.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread potatoes in a single layer.
  7. Evenly distribute the sliced sausage over the potatoes.
  8. Roast in the oven for about 35-40 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  9. Remove from oven, sprinkle cheese on top, and return to bake for another 5 minutes until melted.
