  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup finely diced dill pickles
  • Toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients until smooth; set aside.
  2. In a nonstick pan over medium-high heat, cook the lean ground beef until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Let cool slightly.
  3. In serving bowls, layer shredded lettuce and top with cooked beef crumbles, cheddar cheese, diced onions, and dill pickles.
  4. Drizzle dressing over each salad and garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
