  • 1 medium red onion
  • 1/2 cup pickles
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (sugar free)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (sugar free)
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp pepper (add more for taste if you like)
  • salt for taste
  • pepper for taste
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (plus additional 1/8 tsp)
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder (plus additional 1/8 tsp)
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain fat and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients: ketchup, mayonnaise, white vinegar, olive oil, and pepper.
  3. Drizzle some dressing inside a large salad bowl. Add chopped lettuce, pickles, onions, tomatoes, turkey bacon, and seasoned beef. Toss gently to combine.
