1 pound lean ground beef
6 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup finely diced onions
1/4 cup finely diced dill pickles
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons finely diced sweet onion
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon sweet paprika
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions
For the dressing, whisk together mayonnaise, diced onion, ketchup, mustard, relish, vinegar, paprika, and salt until smooth. Set aside.
In a nonstick pan over medium-high heat, spray with nonstick spray and cook the ground beef until browned; season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
In serving bowls, layer shredded lettuce followed by cooked beef crumbles, cheddar cheese, onions, and pickles.
Drizzle dressing over each salad and garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
