  • 1 pound chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the cubed chicken to the marinade and toss well to coat. Cover and let marinate for at least 15 minutes (up to 2 hours) in the refrigerator.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers with space between pieces.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place skewers in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and is golden brown.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Serve warm with lemon wedges.
